Dear Doctor,
The Free University of Brussels, Belgium, is working on a project that evaluates the feasibility to conduct international clinical trials in the Latin American countries. Personally, I have the pleasure of taking this project as my Master Degree Thesis and with the aim to collect and process the information.
In order to have important opinions about the conditions in these countries, we are sending a questionnaire to the specialist with experience per each country, the Regulatory Drug Houses, and the Ministry of Health, to persons involved in the International clinical research. We should appreciate very much if you could provide us with your important opinions. Please, attached you could find the questionnaire (the same copy in English and in Spanish so that you could choose one of them) that we would be very grateful if you could fill in it. Moreover, you could also find in there the statement for confidentiality, an introduction, and among others some suggested ways to send the completed questionnaires back. The research will end in the middle of this year and we assure that we are going to be pleased to provide you with a copy of the publication with the global results.
Please, do not hesitate to ask me any doubt or suggestion, as we will appreciate much. Note: Please, by this way of communication we could not send you the attached questionnaires, could you be si kind as to allow us to know any email address to send it to you?
